2. SUCCUMBED (VERB): (दबाव, प्रलोभन का विरोध करने में विफल होना): Fail to resist pressure, temptation, or some other negative force.

3. DEFIANT (ADJECTIVE): (उपेक्षापूर्ण): Open resistance; bold disobedience.

4. REFERENDUM (NOUN): (जनमत संग्रह): A general vote by the electorate on a single political question which has been referred to them for a direct decision.
