Medicine and allied sciences have gained popularity over the years as a career. More and more medical entrance examinations are conducted in India every year. With the implementation of the NMC Act and NEET, many examinations end. Many others are quitting therapy over the course of a few years, with many changes, it is not uncommon for college children to end the state of confusion to know which exams are necessary for their dream college entry. This has inspired us to compile all medical entrance examinations in India for medical candidates.

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) (or NEET (UG)), formerly the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT), is an all India pre-medical entrance test for students who wish to pursue undergraduate medical (MBBS), dental (BDS) and equivalent AYUSH (BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, etc.) courses in government and private institutions in India and also, for those intending to pursue primary medical qualification abroad.

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - NEET PG

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - NEET PG, is conducted by the National Board of Examination (NBE) for admission to postgraduate medical courses such as MD, MS, PG Diploma, and DNB CET.

Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test - INI CET

INI CET is a national level post graduate medical entrance examination conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.

Eligibility:The candidate must possess a MBBS degree for MD/MS and BDS degree for MDS recognized by the Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India.The candidate must have completed the required period of 12 months of compulsory rotating internship/Practical training on or before July 31, 2023.

Nursing entrance exam - AIIMS Nursing

All India Institute of Medical Sciences - AIIMS, New Delhi conducts the AIIMS Nursing entrance test for admission to postgraduate M.Sc Nursing course.

NEET, AIIMS Paramedical, LPUNEST, CUET etc Entrance exams are also required to take admission into BSc Nursing. UP CET entrance exam will be held on 4 June 2023 for BSc Nursing Admission 2023. BSc Nursing Admit Card will release on 26 May 2023 for UP CET Entrance Test 2023.

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Super Specialty (NEET - SS)

Post completion of master’s degree in medicine candidates become eligible to pursue super specialty courses in medicine. NEET -SS is the national level entrance test conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).

Duration

These engineering examinations usually last for around 3 to 4 hours in which candidates are required to answer 120 to 200 questions.
